Finally things seem to be falling into place now, and I've managed to spend a good amount of time out and about, exploring my new surroundings in the South East.

My scanner is about a million years old, and so I have to scan each negative one by one, so I did them as quick as I could, sacrificing quality for the contact sheet, just so I could see what I got from my outing. Many of them look pretty rigid, and uninventive - these ones are what I am to work on in my darkroom and print in the way that I did my Peak District images (think it's about time I came up with a name for this style, rather than referring back to my Peak District images all the time...suggestions welcome!)

So, when I've managed to get in the darkroom and done some prints, I'll know what has been successful (or not!).

I'll then scan in the worthy ones and update my galleries on the site for all to see.
